Meet Dennis Peck
Dennis’s family owned a nursery where he learned how to manage and operate a business. While attending Pine-Richland High School, Dennis worked for a Ziebart Rustproofing shop. Realizing Dennis’s management potential, the owner encouraged Dennis to start his own shop. In 1977, Dennis started DuBois Car Care Center, a Ziebart Rustproofing franchise. Dennis has successfully owned and operated this business since 1977, which is now located in Falls Creek. Dennis has been a member of the Falls Creek Borough Council for nine years, serving as President of the Council for six years. He has been the Chairman of the Falls Creek Redevelopment Association for six years, and an active participant in the comprehensive plan between DuBois, Sandy Township, Falls Creek, Brady Township, and Huston Township. He has also been instrumental in the development of the economic recovery plan for DuBois, Sandy Township, and Falls Creek. As a Representative, Peck intends to put his entrepreneurial and problem solving skills to work for the people of the 66th Legislative District. He has experience working across party lines and between municipalities to get the job done. He is interested in the work of governing, not partisan sideshows. His number one priority is fostering job creation. Dennis is married to Diana Peck, who is the Controller for DuBrook Ready Mix Concrete. They have lived in Falls Creek for the past twenty-two years and between them have five children
